The One Off, 2024

TheChallenge.

Following the success of our elevated Running department, Sports Direct appointed us to redesign their Outdoor category. Targeting a younger audience, we were tasked to create an authentic, connected, and commercial destination that appealed to Gen Meta and allowed SD to build credibility through demonstrating expertise and attracting new brand partners, thus supporting their expansion into Europe.

TheSolution.

We created a bright, immersive space different from traditional outdoor stores. Using motion content, we depicted the freedom and well-being customers desire. Clear product sections, seasonal ideas, and experiential touch-points educate and inspire customers, showcasing new brands like The North Face and Columbia.

TheOutcome.

Our team's efforts led to the launch of a stand-out Outdoor section in Sports Direct's Cardiff flagship store. It offers a fresh, engaging retail experience and has helped Sports Direct establish partnerships with credible outdoor brands, previously out of reach.
