While Sports Direct boasted remarkable financial success, their “engineered rather than designed” approach to the in-store experience left the brands they carried feeling disconnected. Moreover, their customer base was dwindling in both quality and loyalty.
TheSolution.
To address these issues, we proposed crafting an omni-channel brand experience that exuded energy, excitement, and a youthful sporting vibe. Our goal was to inspire customers by igniting their imagination in a playful manner and connecting with them on a deeper level. Not relying on staff expertise we designed digital product finders and shoppers guides to make it easier to buy right first time

With double-digit year-on-year growth Sports Direct continue to grow internationally, Brands are now, these brands eagerly to invest and provide their latest and greatest products to be showcased and sold in-store. Customer loyalty and trust has grown and this shows now sign of slowing down as the award winning new design rolls out at speed.
