I’m an Executive Creative Director with over 25 years of experience building brands people connect with. My work spans brand, spatial, digital, art direction and storytelling, often in combination, delivering ideas across identity, interiors, campaigns, content, products and experiences. I work from four pillars: Soul, Substance, Story and Strategy. They shape work that connects emotionally, performs commercially and endures. I design with cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, believing the strongest brands are built with care. I lead projects that are strategically sharp and creatively generous, creating work that earns attention and delivers results. I’ve grown revenues, expanded client partnerships and repositioned studios, while directing creative for brands including Nike, Apple, TK Maxx, Belstaff, Hilton and Sweaty Betty. I’m as comfortable shaping a brand’s voice as I am directing a shoot or reimagining a flagship experience. I know how to guide creative vision and align it with business growth.       Founded and grew a fully remote studio ahead of its time, bringing together diverse talent to deliver emotive, strategy-led design. Built long-term partnerships with Belstaff, Sofitel and Hilton, expanding briefs across brand, interiors, packaging and campaigns.

      Repositioned a brand and experience studio focused on stadiums, hospitality and retail. Defined a new strategic offer, lifted creative ambition and partnered with the CEO to re-energise the team and relaunch the business.

      Evolved Decon from a technical practice into a creative studio. Rebranded and repositioned the offer, built new team structures and standards, and delivered creative strategy for Ottolenghi, Juicy Couture, Garmin and Pret A Manger.
